As an instrumentalist and composer, he works on the SOLSTICE project and creates for documentary films, big bands, YouTube, and radio.
Under his solo alias Monogatari, based in Nantes, he blends trombone and trumpet with modern sound design, mixing improvisation with synthetic pop influences (SOPHIE, Videoclub).
Balthazar writes, produces, and mixes his entire discography, including his debut album Introvert’s Coming To The Party (2025).
